These Terms and Conditions govern participation in sweepstakes organized by Sweepie (“Sweepie”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our digital platforms, including but not limited to landing pages, third-party integrations, and social media. These terms apply to all entrants who voluntarily submit their data to participate in any sweepstake promoted by us. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. About Sweepie & the Purpose of Our Sweepstakes
Sweepie organizes free-to-enter sweepstakes in collaboration with a select group of sponsors. These campaigns are designed to give participants the opportunity to win exciting prizes while also being introduced to special offers and services from our partners.
By registering to participate, you may choose to consent to receive promotional messages from us and up to four handpicked partners relevant to your interests. The sweepstakes are intended to be transparent, fair, and enjoyable for all.
Each sweepstake generally runs for the duration of one calendar year and includes monthly prize draws, unless a different timeframe is specified on the campaign page.

Participation is only possible by completing a digital entry form. This may be hosted on:
- Sweepie’s own website
- Meta
- Partner landing pages or survey tools
During the entry process, you may also opt-in to receive marketing communications. This is optional and does not affect your eligibility to win.
3.2 Confirmation & Opt-in
You may receive a confirmation email containing a verification link (double opt-in). Clicking this link confirms your interest but is not mandatory to be included in the sweepstake draw.
3.3 Entry Deadline
Each sweepstake has a deadline clearly stated on its official campaign page. No entries will be accepted after this date.
3.4 No Purchase Necessary
Participation is completely free. Your chance of winning is not influenced by:
- Purchasing any product or service
- Participating in surveys or marketing programs
- Providing or revoking marketing consent
4. Prizes and Winner Selection
4.1 Drawing and Notification
- One or more winners will be drawn within four (4) weeks of the campaign closing date
- Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries
- Winners may be contacted by email or phone
- Sweepie may request identity verification before awarding any prize
4.2 Types of Prizes
Prizes vary by campaign and may include gift vouchers, tech products, cash, or experiences. If a prize consists of multiple vouchers, they may be combined to equal the stated prize value.
4.3 Prize Delivery
- Non-cash prizes will be shipped at no cost to the winner
- Cash prizes will be issued via check or bank transfer

In such cases, a new winner will be selected.
Prizes may not be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
5. Withdrawal and Changes
Both participants and Sweepie may terminate their participation or campaign at any time without penalty. Participants may also:
- Withdraw their consent to marketing communications

Sweepie reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any sweepstake in the event of technical issues, force majeure, or suspected abuse. Changes may be made without prior notice if required to ensure campaign integrity.
6. Objection Rights and Data Use
You have the right to:
- Object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes
- Withdraw previously given consent at any time
Requests can be submitted via email or mail. There is no cost to object or withdraw. Such requests will be honored without undue delay.
Note: Withdrawal of consent does not always require full deletion of your data. In cases where retention is justified (e.g., legal grounds), your data may be added to a suppression list in accordance with Article 17.3 of the GDPR.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your participation is also subject to Sweepie’s Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and process personal information. We are fully committed to safeguarding your data and complying with GDPR.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Invalid clauses will be replaced by valid terms that closely match the original intention.
9. External Links
Sweepie’s website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for any content, damage, or loss resulting from their use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, your national consumer rights remain fully applicable if they offer greater protection.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, available at: www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Sweepie is not obligated or willing to participate in formal consumer arbitration. If contacted via the platform, we may reply directly outside of it.
